XMZ Technologies is a U.S.-based industrial furnace and thermal processing equipment provider, offering application support, project coordination, commissioning, spare parts, and local after-sales service.
From the early furnace business developed through Torrey Hills Technologies to the work we continue today at XMZ Technologies, our team has supported customers from initial process discussions through equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and long-term service.
Our thermal processing equipment includes conveyor belt furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, pusher kilns, and batch box furnaces for laboratory testing and process simulation. These systems are used across the electronics, energy, metallurgy, automotive, advanced materials, and other advanced manufacturing industries, supporting applications including thick-film processing, hermetic sealing, fuel cells, battery materials, advanced ceramics, and other high-temperature manufacturing processes.

Our Manufacturing Capability
HENGLIŽ was founded in 1992 and has developed into an established manufacturer of thermal processing equipment for the global electronics, energy, ceramics, and advanced materials industries. With four manufacturing facilities and more than 46,000 m˛ of production space, HENGLIŽ combines large-scale fabrication, machining, assembly, electrical integration, and furnace testing capabilities under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
Through years of cooperation between HENGLIŽ, Torrey Hills Technologies, and now XMZ Technologies, furnace systems have been supplied for applications including thick-film processing, glass-to-metal sealing and other hermetic packaging processes, as well as other microelectronics packaging applications, advanced battery materials, solar cells, fuel cells, and advanced ceramic processing.
XMZ Technologies is the exclusive North American representative for HENGLIŽ furnace systems. With factory-trained engineers and extensive furnace application experience, XMZ Technologies supports international customers and projects worldwide. For selected projects, XMZ Technologies can complete application engineering, furnace system design, and project coordination within the United States to meet project-specific technical, security, and regulatory requirements.
