COMPANY BACKGROUND
Engineering and support throughout the furnace lifecycle
XMZ Technologies is a U.S.-based industrial furnace and thermal processing equipment company providing application engineering, furnace system design, project coordination, commissioning, spare parts, and after-sales technical support.
From the early furnace business developed through Torrey Hills Technologies to the work we continue today at XMZ Technologies, our team has supported customers from initial process discussions through equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and long-term service.
Our equipment portfolio includes conveyor belt furnaces, roller hearth kilns, pusher furnaces, and batch furnaces. These systems serve the electronics, energy, metallurgy, automotive, and advanced materials industries, supporting processes such as thick-film firing, hermetic sealing, brazing, battery material processing, fuel cell production, and advanced ceramic firing.
ENGINEERING & PROJECT SUPPORT
From process evaluation to commissioning
XMZ works with customers from initial process evaluation through furnace configuration, system design, installation, and commissioning. Our engineering team reviews thermal profiles, atmosphere requirements, product loading, throughput, and system integration needs to develop furnace configurations around the manufacturing process.
For projects requiring U.S.-based engineering, XMZ can perform system-level furnace design, technical specification development, and equipment integration planning within the United States.
Beyond new equipment projects, XMZ provides troubleshooting, replacement parts, equipment upgrades, and long-term technical support for existing installations, including legacy THT furnaces.

Established manufacturing resources
Our furnace systems are supported by established manufacturing resources with extensive experience in industrial thermal processing equipment.
HENGLI® was founded in 1992 and has developed into an established manufacturer of thermal processing equipment for the global electronics, energy, ceramics, and advanced materials industries. With four manufacturing facilities and more than 46,000 m² of production space, HENGLI® combines large-scale fabrication, machining, assembly, electrical integration, and furnace testing capabilities under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system.
The longstanding cooperation between HENGLI® and Torrey Hills Technologies was built on engineering collaboration, not simply equipment sales. THT played an important role in the early development of HENGLI’s furnace systems, contributing to the engineering standards, control and safety systems, and product designs that supported the company’s expansion in North America and international markets. This technical foundation continues to support the furnace engineering and service capabilities carried forward by XMZ Technologies.
XMZ Technologies is the exclusive North American representative for HENGLI® furnace systems.
With factory-trained engineers and extensive furnace application experience, XMZ Technologies supports customers throughout North America and international markets.
